Forensic Clinical Background

I hold qualifications in two specialist areas of advocacy and I understand the legislation that protects your rights at work – including the Human Rights Act and the European Convention on Human Rights. This means I can support you practically in understanding what you are entitled to request from your employer: reasonable adjustments, flexible working, formal processes, and how to navigate those requests from an informed position. You won't be doing this alone or blindly.

Nervous System Recovery as the Foundation
Workplace harm is not just a psychological experience. It is a biological one. Prolonged exposure to an unsafe environment – the sleepless nights, the constant rumination, the anxiety before you've even left the house, dysregulates your nervous system in ways that affect your ability to think clearly, make decisions and function. With 30 years of specialist experience in nervous system recovery, hypnotherapy and somatic regulation, I work with your body as well as your mind.
